Anxiety

Anxiety

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing anxiety.

First we Should Know that what is Anxiety?

Anxiety is a natural reaction to trauma or a deceptive threat. It is a normal and often temporary reaction that helps us prepare for potential dangers. However, when anxiety becomes excessive, persistent, and starts interfering with daily life, it may be classified as an anxiety disorder.

Anxiety disorders are a group of mental health conditions characterized by intense and prolonged feelings of fear, worry, or unease. They can affect individuals in various ways and can manifest both mentally and physically. Usually, anxiety disorders include:

1: Generalized Anxiety Disorder is also called as ‘GAD’.
2: Panic Disorder.
3: Social Anxiety Disorder also called as ‘SAD’.
4: Specific Phobias.
5: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder also called as ‘PTSD’.

Symptoms of anxiety can vary but may include:

Psychological Symptoms: Excessive worry, racing thoughts, fear, irritability, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, and anticipating the worst outcomes.

Physical Symptoms: Increased heart rate, rapid breathing or shortness of breath, chest tightness, sweating, trembling or shaking, dizziness, fatigue, gastrointestinal problems, and muscle tension.

Behavioral Symptoms: Avoidance of situations or places that trigger anxiety, seeking reassurance excessively, difficulty with decision-making, and changes in appetite or sleep patterns.

The Exact Causes of Anxiety disorders are not fully understood, but they likely result from a combination of genetic, environmental, and psychological factors. Some potential contributors include a family history of anxiety disorders, brain chemistry imbalances, traumatic experiences, chronic medical conditions, or substance abuse.

How to Cop with it?

Anxiety can be a challenging condition, but there are ways to manage and cope with it.

These Suggestion can help you healing:

Deep breathing and relaxation techniques: Practice deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation to help calm your body and mind when you feel anxious. These techniques can help reduce physical tension and promote a sense of relaxation.

Encounter negative thoughts: Anxiety often contains negative or ridiculous thoughts. Encounter these thoughts by questioning their existence and looking for confirmation to support or negate them. This process can help you gain a more composed perception.

Practice mindfulness: Engage in mindfulness exercises or meditation to help you stay present and focused. Mindfulness can help redirect your attention away from anxious thoughts and into the present moment.

Regular exercise: Physical activity can be a great way to reduce anxiety. Participating in routine exercise circulates endorphins, which are natural mood inoculations. Locate an activity you enjoy, such as walk, jog, yoga, or dance, and integrate it into your routine.

Healthy lifestyle habits: Ensure you're maintaining a healthy lifestyle by getting enough sleep, eating balanced meals, and avoiding excessive caffeine and alcohol. These habits can positively impact your overall well-being and reduce anxiety symptoms.

Seek support: Talk to someone you trust about your anxiety, such as a friend, family member, or a mental health professional. They can offer support, guidance, and potentially recommend treatments or therapy options.

Time management: Break tasks into smaller, manageable steps to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Prioritize your responsibilities and establish realistic goals. Having a structured approach can help reduce anxiety related to time pressure and deadlines.

Limit exposure to triggers: Identify situations, activities, or people that tend to trigger your anxiety and try to limit your exposure to them, if possible. If avoidance is not feasible, consider gradually facing your fears in a controlled manner to desensitize yourself over time.

Treatment for anxiety disorders often involves a combination of approaches, including therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a common form of therapy that helps individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns and develop coping strategies.

If you suspect you may have an anxiety disorder, it's important to consult with a mental health professional who can provide an accurate diagnosis and guide you towards appropriate treatment options.

Remember, everyone's experience with anxiety is unique, so it's essential to find coping strategies that work best for you. If your anxiety persists or significantly interferes with your daily life, consider seeking professional help from a mental health provider who can provide a tailored treatment plan.

A courageous Woman!

antiviolencead Women are either facing mantle violence

We are nurtured   such  society  where a smallest thing  can be stretch into a big one like rubber and  left it in one stroke with full pressure so the person we are targeting  can get  it's consequences for no cause. All the men in our society have high ego and pride of his manhood to sniff women whom they think are most weakest creature on the earth and they always tried to putt them into four walls  but what has gone through inside this so called weaker creature knows better because she is filmier what man has done with her and what he is doing with society. It is the same society where a woman always been subjected to violence by a man and those women who speak out  against it have been called "Rebels". Those who always got frustrated about  the slogans of women rights, have been seen saying " we also have had been tortured by  women so why we are unable to speak out about it?'' My  question is for this male oriented society how much you served a woman as she served you? If you did so it's your rightful right to ask for your rights other wise first  serve a woman and fulfill your duties to get it  back.

"It is the same Society  where we have some brave women

                                  who  spoke out against violence

Was the1st Asian in women empowerment event
Khusnood Ahmed said that women should take part in social activities so they can be recognized in British society to increase Pakistan's reputation. She felt intensely that there is less interaction among inter-religion harmony. Even they do not know too much about their neighbors so she did found a solution to this problem on her own and  In collaboration with some local companies began Eid, Christmas, Easter, Diwali special ceremonies on a small scale. On 20th April 2013 she distribute letters to the community in which she requested them some actions need to be taken to build a Mosque in their area. I did it because I want  my  son to  go to  the Community  Mosque for prayer and get  some knowledge about  Islam. She added,  for this cause when I started bringing people of different faiths, I faced so many criticism because I was the first female who spoke for religious affairs and did effort to achieve them. Talking about difficulties she has faced during her campaigns she said "Being  a woman in Muslim male oriented society it is very  difficult to survive as advisor because men would never bear it  if a woman is making effort for religion. I were not been invited for many meetings because of my  gender.  When a Pakistani used to  living  in any  other country so  he/she should have to face some hard criticism. They have a mind set about Pakistani community  11081777_10153095872105240_1217862718_nthat we are rigid and narrow minded, we have no respect for women and our men abuse them and torture them in different ways so being Muslim and Pakistani it our duty when we are roaming in other countries we have to represent our country in a good way and show them the reality so they could be able to realize that Pakistan is not a rigid Country, We have talented people like Khushnood who is representing our nation as a courage, who never stop a women to work outside the house and they have equal rights to live a happy  life. For this Khushnood said that in UK this concept has been accrued Perhaps all the Pakistanis are outdated who are behaving badly with women and girls are deprived of education.Unfortunately, our community is a bit low to efforts for change  this concept. We are ambassadors of Pakistan and our good character will tell them that there are good and bad people in every community they can not be attributed with the Pakistani community. About  volunteering Khushnood told me that  its is such a work in which  one can  do more above her/his thinking. I always get  pleasure during volunteering. And being a British Pakistani women on a voluntary bases I am trying to improve and play my part for my community in London. Especially being a women is our strength not weakness and all women should play their part for their community where ever they in live in the world and if you believe in yourself the possibilities are endless. In her message for all women she said "women should stop gossiping and spend their time to work constructively. As I started my  work as volunteer from a school they  also  can began it  from a nearby school. women are  strength of the society, they  are not tend to be  weak." .

U Turns of Imran Khan!

There was a time when it  was hard to  understand what  is Politics for me. But with  the passage of time I  got to  understand that  it is a muddy way , how much  you  get  involve in it you  will receive a dirt on you so  better not to  involve and till now am unable to  understand what  politics exactly  is? In Politics I  know some faces like Benazir and Nawaz sharif right  from my  childhood but  that  time i  don't know what  kind of character are they, what  role they  are playing for the society, but  when Musharaf get  in politics I said oh so  this is politics and they all are not  like us they  are superior than us and have no mercy explore-the-world38and feeling  for the people of the nation. They  are running  for the money  and want  to  hold over the Country and make people to  speak what  they  wants to spoke. They have families they  have kids but  superior then us. Most  of them were not born politicians except Banazire she just  passed it on by  her family.I  realized that  Banizire and Musharaff was good in politics but  they  also  did some bloopers in their eras. That  was the time when it  get  a need to  for me to  know about  what's going  on with  politics a new face come across to  me was Imran Khan with  his TABDELI.
changeBeing a journalist it was my  duty  to  look after what  each and every  politicians tries to  do and what  they  offering us to  be with  them. I  thought he has good intentions with  is words to  bring  change in the Country  and in the life of youngsters ( as he knew that Govt. of Punjab offering  students laptop to protect their sides so  he thought why  not to  target  young nation and he was succeeded to  divert them) Speaking harsh, making jokes, doing un-necessities towards Government as he fails to  achieve his goal (the khursi) may  be a fun for youngsters but now they  are facing  his true face of U Turns mania. Take a turn from all his words spoken for the Govt to  pleasing  them made him a blooper even to  say  supper blooper is more intentional. He thinks that  if he thinks that  he is a super hero then he should rethink of what  he did. Let me remind you  if you  unable to  do  it. It  was the time when 2013 electoral were going  to  held, like everyone i  was presuming why  not to  try  you  once for the change, but  all my  words get into the flush  when i  saw what you  did. Yes it was the time when MQM fussing  in Karachi by  bloodshed and target killing,He stood up and said I  will go  and talk  to  Altaf Hussain, you  go  there but  just  to  visit Quid's Tomb and turned back with out even saying a single word to  him. That  was you  first U turn and used to  turned my  mind from your unspoken words hidden in you  real words. That  was the beginning  of understanding  the political tactics.
385893_199219830167967_100002398548000_417057_1375644332_n Now Come to the path  where they set  a stage to play  a drama in sore face of "Picket". With due respect  that  drama held with  the help of some manipulates, they  have not  their own way  not  even have their own thinking they  are just  to  making  their interests by  fooling  innocent  and converting  them a mess. It  was the time when Imran khan through  a picket to  gather the youngster in-front  of Parliament  house Islamabad, and made them to dis respect  their own law, Parliament, courts and above all Govt. He used slang, he tried to  insult law by encouraging and placing  civil disobedience movement. But  what  happen,he show his back to all his follower and ran away from the picket and get married controversially with a non famous lady from BBC. As it is said that  she forced him to  marry  with  her well Allah  knows the truth. Now come  to  the movement he placed but failed to obey  it by  saying  that  " his new wife and kids are unable to take bath with  cold water".(Funny statement) But it broke hearts and faith  too. That was a U turn which  made him mad for his followers with dropping  the curtain from his dirty  face.
image4
Now what   else we can say  when he take a Big U Turn and step again into  the parliament he insulted in the mob. He spoke dirty things about  MQM, even I have no hard feeling s for this dirty  party  but  he shouted at  them sitting  in his cage of his house but  again he went to  Karachi  and said nothing  in-front  of  Altaf husain's party. He was to  lenient  and polite as he was not been in his cage while firing  on his deeds. This was again a U Turn of his big blooper. Now what  youngsters are hoping to get from his side. They are waiting for one that thing he said and stuck on it, alas there is nothing to find. They  are hopeless now and don't want to let  him play with their feelings again. I want ti invite Mr. Imran Khan to come over Social media and find they have for you now. My  question is for those who fought with me for him and his words what  did you get? Are you satisfied with what  he done with and are still waiting for the NAYA PAKISTAN or a new change. We all need change in life but  if we bring it with our thoughts and with our strength we will definitely bring it and if we are still waiting for another U Turn khan then forget  about  the new change just  live in your dreams. But  am not going to  do  it because I get  understood that  it's me who can change my  world not the politicians.!

I wanna tell You..
that all the dreams you game me
stolen by your dreams,
I’m here with empty hands,
staring at you like a slam
will You come to me &
give me the dream again..
I wanna tell  You…
that i don’t wanna open my eyes
to face the reality,
that i don’t wanna see anything except you
why don’t you to be my beat again..
I wanna tell You…
that my dreams made me crazy,
here i am living with your dreams
that never allows me to wake up again..
I wanna tell You…
that I can see you, I can feel you,
you never been there when you r’ there,
your r’ the one who told me to live,
you r’ the one who hold me again..
I wanna tell You…
that it’s you who never leave me alone
who never lies me to be framed,
who always be there when I found me empty,

Ohh You listen please be Mine again…!!!

Feeling Exhausted!

Just a matter of few days back  when i  saw some nasty  pictures of a famous Morning show host Shaista Lodhi (Wahidi). It a was moment  when i  was like OMG what  the hell is this, is she with mir shakeel ur rehman, then i  shook my  head and blinked that  no no it's her ex-husband Mr. wahidi.

If she is with  her husband then why  am feeling  nasty , no it's not the matter that  she was with  her husband i was shocked at  that was her personal pictures during  her visit to a country. It got happens just after two or three days when shaista spokes about her relation with  her husband and why  she forced to file for divorce. When I saw that video titled "shaista got emotional when she listen a story  of a girl. I was surprised that  shaisa and emotional...hmmm seems different why  not  to check it.

I opened the link and watched the whole video where a girls called in a show hosted by  Shaista, when she told that how her parents married her with a guy who was sixteen years elder than her, how she suffered, just  about  to  listen all this shaista was stunned and after few mintus she spokes that ,this is what happens when parent married their daughters with out  asking  them in the name of betterment  of their lives, they even damn care about  what  she felt after. Then suddely  she started crying during  the show and asked to putt off the camera. Her life was never been a mystery, she was a full of life dentist, I saw her 1st in a show on PTV she was hosting  it with a male host. There she was smiling and laughing out loud.

I still remember when she joined ARY for morning  show, she was quite happy  with that show. She might not  be so popular among the audience but  she known for copying Nadia Khan the ex- Geo's morning show host. When she allegedly removed for the show Mir shakeel ru rehman assign shaista for this show out  of handsome amount  of money. She was also known for her loud accent. She Joined Geo and opened up more, here she has no boundries she can screams, shout and danced. Here she was a free bird to open her wing and flew away. There we get  to  know about  her brother, her family, husband and kids as she severely introducing them during her shows. When I  et  to  know about  that  Shahir lodhi is her brother I was like ummm.. really...??? Before that  no one knows who  is Shair lodhi, He was mostly  famous for his mimicry style in which he copies Shahruk khan, but  badly  failed to impress audience.

When I saw an episode of  Utho Jago Pakistan where she and Sahir was get-together and a very bad personality for me as I don't like him as much either I don't hate him but because of his negative impact  I just  want  to  vanishes him out side the door yes it's waqar zaka, he is just  a disgraced person for me. Well come to the point, I saw them in a show together what  was the most irritating  scene when shair came up to shaista and kissed her on her cheeks and waqar said LO DEKHO APNIGF KO KISS KIA.... I was like awwwwwww...what the hell is going  on then suddenly  shaista said He is my  sweet  brother and he can do this. That  was the turning  pint  for me that is this our  culture? what  they  are trying  to prove...???? I was so upset  by  that  act and stopped watching  the show. After that  she called up her husband and kids in the show where we get to know that "Hoor key Bgahal mian Langoor".

That was the time I had started believing  that it's not  necessary that  if a woman is beautiful her husband could be. Well we find him a v nice and calm person during  the show but  their relationship was not  seemingly good. They  were sitting  together but they  were not  happy as their kids are. I thought it's not necessary if some one is laughing loudly he/she is happy inside. There might  b some problems between them. Well after this all mass shaista again and again alleged for her action in the show and we got to know several of times that her husband is not being happy  any more with her and suddenly in December 2012  I came across a news that shaista get divorce out of shakeel ur rehmans love.
I read news about  it shocked but accepted the reality and tried to get  the real facts. But  could not  able to  find any  one. Even often i thought how much a person can b greedy that  she never thinks about  her kids and want  to  marry  a business man for money and fame. It  was the time when it was said that  Nadia Khan is returning  and join her show back so every body stat talking  and blaming  shaista for this act  that  she don't want  to  leave the show and offers Mir sb to marry her and divorced her husband. That  was the 1st image come across our minds. She get  divorce but  after her divorce she continues the show but the news burst  out, when she came to know that  people strted talking about  her she got  aside for her Idat. These was the days when sahir own the show and start hosting it.
After her Idat which was started after one month of her divorce, she joined again but  never tried to  speak about  her family  issues. If some one tries she shouted at  him/her but after this matter she lost  her rating  and pr for the show. Often she met some nasty  kind of views of people around her because everyone wants know why  she got divorce  while she has been in sixteen years of relationship. she sealed her lips as she damn care about  public and as well as her kids. She has three children one cute daughter and two sons. We even don't know with whom these kids are living right  now but  really  feeling  bad for her kids that  what  they  are facing  because of their parents. But after two years she open up and told her story  why  she got divorce from her husband. She said it was sixteen years based relation and it was not  an easy  decision for her that  she has kids. She also said that her parents who  currently  are not  talking  to  her because for her this act. Her parents wants her to  manage this relation but  age difference never allows her to  pave the way and she get  into a good relation. She said parent never ask and think a while that whom they  are giving  their daughter, they  just  in search  of to lighten their burden, they  never thinks that who she will manage this marriage after kids but  she did. She added and said  it was him who  forced me to get divorce.

She get Upsets and faced many things after separation but she never give up because of her children. As she don't want  to  get effected by this. She also added that  she is single now which means she never marries to shakeel ur rehman. After watching  this video like other once i  thought  what  a drama queen she is. But  after few days i have to  changed my  views when i  saw her personal picture viral on the social network.   I am not  feeling  good to  share them here or else where.

It's was done by  her ex-husband through a reporter to expose her and make her a bad person but  he forgot that  by doing  this he is actually  making her strong that she was with her husband not with her any bf. When I took a step and defend her for not to post their personal picture openly many  people turned on me and started blaming her even for this shame full act by  her ex-husband who never even think a while about his kids. This point  make me realized that  shaista took  a right  step. Mr. wahidi  should be ashamed of what  he did, what  ever the reason behind it but  he took the wrong  decision to  over whammed her but  she proven to be an innocent not  guilty and she is on the right  way  to  so  say  she didn't do anything  wrong and those who  blame her for this for their kind information she was with  her husband the most trust-able person in a woman's life and she never took that  nasty  pictures it was also him. A woman is like to  be abide by  her husband she has to  do  what  ever he says. It's taught by mothers to  each  and every  girl in their early  ages then how a person could say that  shaista is wrong????? I  think  they  should rethink about  their thinking other wise every  girl would stop marry as they  can do  anything  after marriage.
